Status check
Cx ask about delivery status. Info provided that product status is --- and will deliver on or before 7pm today. Self serve provided.... Cx agree

FE/Delivery Boy/Person details required
Cx ask about fe contact number. Number provided and told him that you can coordinate with him.... cx agree

Reattempt
cx wants to know the product status.....1 delivery attempt failed so told him/her about the 3 attampt before return..... cx agree

Customer contacts and requests for address change told him your product is shipped already so it is not possible now. if you want to change the address kindly place fresh order after cancelling this order. cx agree
